Identification will be required for all purchases. By using this website the customer agree to provide accurate and complete personal and account information and to update this information as necessary in order to keep his/her account and personal information current.
Prices listed are all F.O.B Miami; FL U.S.A. American Vision USA saves the right to change prices without notice.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover accepted.
Any other special terms are subject to approval by American Vision USA.
Merchandise returns will not be accepted as payment against outstanding invoices.
All styles sold at special discounted pricing will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.
If paid by credit card or PayPal American Vision USA will block any third party’s access to the information to prevent any misuse of the payment details.
All orders shipped to FL address must pay FL tax unless the store provide with a valid FL Tax ID and Annual Resale Certificate according to the IRS rules and regulations. Please make sure to update your Tax ID Resale certificate every calendar year.
Cancellations and Returns:
All order cancellations or product returns must be approved by American Vision USA and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds. There is no refund for shipping charges.
Returns will be replaced or according to customer’s wish will be credited to his/her account.
Before returning any product, kindly call American Vision USA for approval.
American Vision USA shall not be liable for any damage of performance resulting in whole or in part acts of God, labor disruptions, product shortages, inability to procure products, supplies, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the control of the Company in the conduct of its business.
In addition, the Company’s liability in all other events is limited to and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
American Vision USA provides superior standard of customer service to all stores and therefore any product will be replaced for the following reasons and conditions:
All frames are under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date that frame orders are shipped.
Warranty applies only to defects in frame manufacturing, frame construction, frame materials or frame finishing.
If for any reason the company doesn’t carry more of the damaged specific product it saves the right to replace it to any other product of the same value but will consider the customer request.

Frames are not warranted against lab negligence, breakage, bending out of existing shape, scratching caused by lab technician error, or by lab equipment, apparatus, tools or heating, bending or shaping processes.
Frames are not warranted against breakage caused through poor frame handling, negligence, error or abuse by optician, doctor, lab technician, consumer/frame wearer.
Frames are not warranted against patient and/or consumer breakage, abuse or negligent frame handling, including but NOT limited to dropping of frame, pet abuse, or the continuous bending or reshaping of frame and/or temples, tension placed on hinges or removal of temple tips, nose pads and frame lenses.
Minimum Order Quantity:
Minimum order of 2 dozen is required for new accounts. There is no order limit for reorder.
In case of products that have been damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (FEDEX/UPS/ETC.) the customer must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving the order. If the customer failed to do so he/she will be held liable for all damages acquired through the shipping.
Please note to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. In case of a damaged shipment do not dispose of any portion of the packaging material and request a company representative to inspect the shipment and its contents.
